Sacred Glow’s 200-hour yoga teacher training is unlike any other in the Southeast. We focus on finding the unique teacher within you. No cookie-cutter graduates here. Our mission is to find your authentic voice, style, and approach to sharing yoga with others.
Based on the cutting-edge anatomy research of Tom Myers and Leslie Kaminoff, we break down yoga poses and sequencing to make the practice accessible to all bodies. You’ll learn how to build deep strength from the inside out and teach a practice that empowers your students.
Along the way, you’ll deepen your own self-knowledge and understanding. You’ll explore the philosophical roots of yoga and how they apply to modern life. And most powerfully, you’ll discover your authentic Core Message, which is your mission statement for your teaching and your life.
