We will break down the Fundamental Standing Poses of Ashtanga Yoga. We will discuss each pose in depth including alignment, modifications, breath count and dristhi. Please bring your questions, this workshop will be collaborative.
You will leave this workshop with the tools needed to practice Sun Salutation A & B and the Standing Postures on your own or in a Mysore-style practice. This workshop welcomes all abilities and celebrates racial, ethnic, sexuality and gender diversity!

We will be taking donations via cash and check only on the day of the event. 100% of you donation will go to Yoga Unbound to help expand their programming. What does that mean?
